As you’re gearing up to work on your New Years resolutions, I have one simple framework for you:
Aim to make the tomorrow morning version of you proud of you.
Before each meal, snack, workout, work sprint, etc. ask yourself if you’ll be proud of yourself tomorrow morning looking back on your actions from the day before. If the answer is yes, then you’re on the right track.
Your job is to simply impress the version of you that wakes up tomorrow morning.
Take it one day at a time. The small steps will get you there.
